Darcel “Dari” McDonald is the founder of Margarthe Group, LLC, a company dedicated to delivering practical, forward-thinking solutions in logistics, warehousing, and infrastructure support. Named in honor of her grandmother, the company reflects generations of strong ethics, resilience, and a commitment to high standards in service and leadership.
With decades of experience in real estate, operations, and business development, Dari brings both personal drive and proven success to every project. Her leadership is grounded in results, accountability, and a belief that strong relationships are the foundation of long-term success.
Based on a restored English-style property set on 30 wooded acres in Northeastern Wisconsin, Dari’s world blends structure with creativity. Outside the boardroom, she enjoys time with her horses, dogs, and cats, and finds inspiration through travel, reading, and design. She believes that every client has a unique story—and Margarthe Group is here to help shape the next chapter through strategic, results-oriented partnership.
